CD-CODE is a semi-manually curated and annotated database that aggregates information from primary literature and other protein and LLPS databases. it was developed by the Toth-Petroczy and Hyman labs in Dresden and has recently released the 2.0 version to integrate pathobiology, modulators, and host–pathogen interactions into the condensate knowledge-base.
